Refund Policy
At Wealtthmy, we are committed to providing high-quality weight management and wellness programs. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and we have established the following refund policy to ensure a fair approach for all our clients.
Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any of our programs. By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this refund policy.
1. Initial Consultation Fee
The RM 50 initial consultation fee is non-refundable. However, as stated in our services information, this fee will be credited toward your program cost if you choose to enroll in one of our programs.
2. Program Refund Eligibility
2.1 Cancellation Before Program Start
If you need to cancel your enrollment in a program before your scheduled start date:
- Cancellation with 7 or more days' notice before the program start date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellation with less than 7 days' notice before the program start date: 75% refund of the program fee.
2.2 Cancellation After Program Start
Our refund policy after your program has begun varies based on the specific program:
- Balanced Beginnings (12-Week Program):
- Within first 7 days: 50% refund
- After 7 days: No refund available
- Total Transformation (16-Week Program):
- Within first 14 days: 50% refund
- After 14 days: No refund available
- Momentum Maintenance (Monthly Subscription):
- You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing
- No prorated refunds for partially used months
3. Special Circumstances
We understand that sometimes exceptional situations arise. In the following cases, we may consider full or partial refunds outside our standard policy:
- Medical Emergency: If you experience a medical emergency that prevents you from participating in the program, we may offer a refund or program credit with valid medical documentation.
- Program Unsuitability: If our team determines that our program is not suitable for your specific health needs after enrollment, we may offer a partial refund.
Each special circumstance will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required to support your refund request.
4. How to Request a Refund

5. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved:
- Credit/debit card payments will be refunded to the original card used for purchase within 7-10 business days.
- Bank transfers will be processed within 10-14 business days.
- Cash payments will require you to visit our office to collect your refund.
Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are non-refundable:
- Downloadable digital materials provided as part of the program
- Personalized meal plans that have already been delivered
- Any services that have already been rendered (consultations, coaching sessions, etc.)
- Administration fees
7. Program Credits and Transfers
As an alternative to a refund, we offer the following options:
- Program Transfer: You may transfer your enrollment to another person within 30 days of purchase, subject to a RM 100 transfer fee.
- Program Credit: You may request a program credit for future services, which will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- Program Deferral: You may defer your program start date once, for up to 3 months from the original start date, without penalty.
8. Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for changes.
